Upon your arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our polite and professional staff, who will assist you in providing your identification and medical information and answer any questions you may have.
Consultation
Your physician will engage in a thorough discussion with you regarding your specific concerns and take detailed notes on your medical history. Please bring any relevant information, such as MRI reports or X-rays.
Examination
Our professionals will comprehensively analyze your posture and perform podiatric, orthopedic, and neurological exams to diagnose your condition accurately. X-rays or MRI scans may be performed to eliminate any exacerbating factors.
Report of Findings
The physician will review your examination results and imaging tests with you. If chiropractic care is deemed appropriate, a personalized treatment plan will be devised, with the expectation that most conditions can be resolved within 8-10 visits.
Fee and Coverage
A detailed discussion on treatment options, costs, time frames, and expected outcomes will be held with each patient before and throughout treatment. The cost of chiropractic care will depend on the type and duration of treatment required, with treatment frequency ranging from several sessions per week to once a month. The average consultation lasts 25-30 minutes, costing HKD 950.00 (excluding laboratory fees, medical supplies, etc.). The average treatment session lasts 10-15 minutes, costing HKD 850.00. As the condition improves, the frequency of visits will typically decrease.
Payment Options
Payment can be made in cash or by credit card during your visit. Patients covered under private health insurance will receive receipts that can be submitted for reimbursement from their insurance provider.
Insurance
Many private health insurance plans in Hong Kong provide chiropractic care coverage, and many of our patients can claim their fees back from their insurance providers. If you are interested in making a claim, please carefully review your insurance policy to determine the types of treatment covered and the process for making a claim.
